Julian Moreen is a German singer-songwriter and pianist whose music draws from the worlds of contemporary jazz, folk, and indie pop to create intimate, poetic soundscapes.

Bridging genres and borders, he has emerged as a distinctive voice in the jazz and pop scenes—through both his solo work and collaborations with artists across Europe and Asia, including Slovak jazz singer Ester Wiesnerova and Taiwanese pop artists Mandark (of Sweet John 甜約翰 and I Mean Us) and aDAN 薛詒丹.

Now partly based in Taiwan, Julian tours internationally and has performed at major festivals such as the Taichung Jazz Festival in Taiwan and Germany’s JazzOpen, sharing the stage with artists like Jorja Smith, Suzanne Vega, Celeste, and Anna Maria Jopek.

In addition to his work as a performer, Julian is active as a media composer and as a passionate educator regularly leads workshops and masterclasses at universities and schools.
