ANDREW CHENG, GUITAR (MALAYSIA / NEW YORK)

Andrew Cheng is a guitarist hailing from Malaysia. Born in Sibu, Sarawak, he began his musical journey with classical guitar at age 14 and went on to study electric guitar at the International College of Music (ICOM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Upon graduation, he moved to New York City, working as a full-time musician. a scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music, he moved to the United States to further his eductation. Now playing professionally in New York, he has studied with jazz luminaries such as Mike Moreno, Peter Bernstein and Lage Lund.

KONSTANTIN KRÄUTLER, DRUMS (VIENNA, AUSTRIA)

Konstantin Kräutler is a drummer from Vienna, Austria. A graduate of Berklee College of Music and Vienna Music Institute, he is currently finishing his master in composition at Jam Music Lab University in Vienna. He’s a drum teacher at schools and workshops in Austria and beyond as well as an in-demand player in the European jazz and world music scene.

YU-JIA LIU, UPRIGHT BASS (TAIPEI, TAIWAN)

Liu “Jack” Yujia is a bassist from Tainan, Taiwan. He studied classical double bass at Tainan University of the Arts and is currently in his final semester of the master program focusing on jazz performance. An in-demand player in the Taiwanese jazz and pop scene, he won the Taichung Jazz Competition in 2017 and works as a full-time musician.
